Double-motor Three-station Mechanism CJ8-6
The CJ8-6 operating mechanism can be used to close and open ZF23-126, ZF□-126, as well as disconnectors, earthing switches and load switches with torque requirements comparable to those of the above mentioned switches. The mechanism has three stations. One mechanism can operate one disconnecting switch and one earthing switch for closing and breaking of the disconnecting switch and closing and breaking of the earthing switch. The mechanism has both manual and electric modes of operation.

The CJ8-6 operating mechanism can be used to close and open ZF23-126, ZF□-126, as well as disconnectors, earth switches and load switches, with torque requirements comparable to those of the above mentioned switches.
The mechanism has three stations. One mechanism can operate one disconnecting switch and one earthing switch for closing and breaking of the disconnecting switch as well as closing and breaking of the earthing switch. The mechanism has both manual and electric operation modes.
Operating conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: upper limit +60℃, lower limit -30.
2. altitude: not more than 3,000 meters.
3. Barometric pressure: not more than 700Pa (equivalent to 34m/s air velocity).
4. No fire hazards, explosion hazards, heavy pollution, corrosive gases and severe vibration of the occasion.

5. CSK Magnetic Burst Switches
One opening and one closing (or two opening and two closing), rated breaking current is 10A under AC220V, rated breaking current is 3A under DC220V.

7. Wiring Terminals
The current that can be passed continuously is 10A.
8. F10 Auxiliary Switch
The rated breaking current of the contacts is 10A at AC220V and 5A at DC220V.

24-pin, 32-pin and 64-pin secondary sockets are available.
Mechanism Structure Schematic
The structure has an overall flat appearance. The height of the mechanism is less than 150 mm, which is ideal for the requirements of a shared GIS mechanism. The on/off operation of the mechanism and the on/off indication are displayed on a flat surface. On the mounting surface of the mechanism there is a hole in the output shaft so that the output shaft of the switch in the mechanism can be connected to the output shaft of the mechanism and the drive train of the switch is not exposed, which facilitates sealing and gives the switch an aesthetic appearance. The secondary wiring of the mechanism is output from an industrial connector, which is of plug-in type to facilitate the electrical connection between the mechanism and the switch.
